THE POETICS OF METABOLISM / EVERYTHING HAPPENS WITHIN.

All living organisms live by metabolism. Working with organic, often edible materials, I inevitably confront myself with their infinitude. They continuously transform, merge with their surroundings and become new matters again. Through my work I investigate those transformations and their relation to human body and human nature. Here the Metabolism exceedes it’s physiological meaning. It relates to the emotional states, relations with the surroundings and interactions.
